T-Sticks® automate the process of safe burger cooking and eliminate E. coli danger. Use them to periodically cross calibrate with an IR Thermometer for a very cost-effective “safe burger” program. After 5 seconds, the tip turns black if the internal temperature has reached a safe, FDA-recommended 160°F.
