Most of our customers using this unit specify the needle tip probe for insertion into smaller food items and other fine probing operations. Select the standard DuraNeedle probe for meats and roasts and other process applications.

PLEASE NOTE: You can only use one probe per unit. Probes can be replaced on these units if damaged. Ask about special ordering new probes.

Convenient Probe and Cord Storage System
The unit is designed to allow the probe handle to "snap in" to the case (as shown on left) when stored. Cord wraps around the body of the unit in a specially designed retainer groove.
