Alarm System Makes Cool Down Operations Simple
Our new AQA4100 is the answer to the question "what is
the best and simplest way to track cool down for HACCP requirements?"
This is the perfect instrument to do it right.
Just enter your cool down time and hit START. The alarm sounds
when either time or temperature has been reached.
It is easy to set up. The 15" probe shaft fits in large
or deep cooking pots or pans.
The universal clip allows you to attach the thermometer
to the side of the container while the process is occurring.
The clip slides along the shaft of the
probe for positioning to accommodate different containers.
