I
am uncomfortable ordering online--what about Faxing an order to All QA?
The
easiest way to do this is to download our FAX Order
Form, fill it out, and FAX it to us. It takes just seconds to
download the form.
What
is All QA?
All
QA is a private company located in Charlotte, North Carolina. It's
"official name" is All QA Products, LLC, and it is the successor
to All QA Products, Inc. of Gainesville, Florida. The same product
emphasis and the same excellent customer service have been retained, and
the former owner, Bob Atkins, founder of All QA Products, serves as a
personal advisor to the new owners of All QA Products, LLC.
More about All QA Products.
When
can I get my products shipped?
Orders
are shipped the next day if product is in stock. All QA Products
will not ship partial orders. If you need a specific item right away, and
it is on the same order with something that is backordered, the whole
order will not be shipped until the backorder is received at our shipping
room. So, in some cases, it is best to order certain items as a
separate order.
What
about shipping charges?
Shipping
is less expensive when you order on line. For all other sales, we
charge a flat $8.00 per shipment for shipping and handling for all orders
under 5 pounds. If the shipment exceeds 5 pounds, then we add on
additional shipping charges, based on the UPS rate, to the minimum.
On line ordering does not have a minimum charge--when you order, the
shipping is automatically computed based on your address and upon the
weight of the shipment. This always results in a lower charge for
shipment. Order on line and save money.
I
need my order sent immediately--can I get it shipped to me in less than two
days?
We
will provide expedited shipping at cost. We will normally use UPS
second day air shipment for expedited orders. If you need some type
of special delivery service, we recommend that you ask for FedEx for small
items. FedEx will deliver next day or even next morning for items
that are not over their weight limit. If you need immediate
delivery, please call and discuss the shipping options with us.
I'm
ready to buy products for my application, but I still have questions about
my application and I need to talk to an expert. How can I arrange
this?
Calling
in usually is not the best way to get answers to tough questions.
Our staff is ready to fill orders and to respond to inquiries about
product specifications, but not to delve into involved matters relating to
applications. If your give us some time, we can answer almost any
question relating to food safety and monitoring products.
We
will typically respond within 24 hours. We have some of the top
industry experts in the food safety field only a phone call away. The very
best way to get good, solid answers to your technical and mission-critical
questions is to Email us. Use the Email
inquiry form, or send your inquiry to
sales@allqa.com.
Allow one or two working days for an Email response.

I've
heard about the "gun" thermometers--do they really work and do I
need one?
They
really work! The problem is--if you do not understand how they can
tell you the wrong answer in certain circumstances, you will almost
certainly make a mistake by just taking them out of the box and aiming and
firing. These guns will give you a very accurate reading if you validate
the reading they are taking by using other instruments to establish a
baseline. Please refer to our infrared
thermometer information center for more details.
You
should never rely on an IR gun thermometer without establishing the
temperature of the product by a direct contact or penetration probe
thermometer. Guns only take the surface or "skin"
temperature of a product, and can also be misleading when they are allowed
to pick up stray signals from air or intervening materials (packaging or
glass enclosures).
If
you allow for these problems, and you establish a solid baseline with
other instruments, then the guns are incredible for work efficiency since
they can read quickly and from a distance.
I
am a teaching professional in Food Technology, and I would like to tell my
students how to get the products they need. Do you have a program to
help me, and are there discounts for non-profit or educational institutions?
Yes.
These programs are set up by calling in and establishing a special account
with us. Non-profit discount programs must use on-line
ordering. You will receive a special code, and this will allow you
to have an institutional discount on all products ordered. These are
not available on a call-in or FAX-in basis.
Credits
for referred purchases are offered to the sponsoring individual if they
can demonstrate professional status.
Can
I get your products wholesale direct from your warehouse?
We
offer good retail pricing and quantity discounts for volume purchasing of
small lots. For each product, we specify a "call" for high
volume discount information.
