pH is important for many process
applications in the food industry, and in most cases, a simple check to
within a whole or half pH unit will suffice to meet process and commissary
needs.
Cooking oil used in food
preparation is not permanent. If becomes "used" and should
be periodically replaced. Unfortunately, most kitchen and commissary
operation do not have the proper tools to make a quantitative or objective
judgment about when to replace it. Our 3M cooking oil test removes
